Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to our repair, supply and training services.

These terms govern services provided by Multiplegate Computer Technology Enterprise. By requesting a repair, installation, product or training place, you accept them.
Quotations and pricing
- Diagnosis is carried out before a written quotation is issued.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days and may change if additional faults are found.
- No chargeable work begins until you approve the quotation.
Payment
- We accept bank transfer and cash. Online card payment is being introduced.
- Equipment supply orders may require a deposit before procurement.
- Repaired equipment is released after full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Repair warranty
- Workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of repair.
- Replacement parts carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty where applicable.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, liquid damage or third-party tampering.
Customer data and backups
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair. While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for data loss arising from hardware or software failure.
Uncollected equipment
Equipment left uncollected for more than 90 days after completion may attract storage charges or be disposed of to recover outstanding costs, after written notice.
Products and delivery
Product availability and prices may change without notice. Delivery timelines are estimates. Installation is included only where stated in the quotation.
Training
Training fees confirm a place on a course and are transferable to a later cohort but not refundable once classes begin. Certificates are issued after completion and assessment.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
